| TASTING | Its luminous dense colour plunges you into the elegance of our terroir. To the nose, the first scents follow one after the other: toasted bread, quetsche plum, strawberry, almond and sea salt spray. Then, notes of baked apple, pomegranate, blueberry, apricot, honeysuckle, cardamom and pepper enter the stage. As the wine develops it confers notes of green apple, walnut, balsamic, and prune. Its rich and clean attack accompanies a creamy and melted effervescence. Its elegance and power, resulting from its oxidation through wood, delivers a gourmet and fruity wine, of a great verticality. The double chalk and clay minerality mid-palate confers fruitiness and salinity. |
