     Pinot noir 100% pink vinified

     Wine obtained with Charmat fermentation in big pressurized tanks. From the beginning of the fermentation, this product rests for at least six months at the winery. Sparkling wine with a light pinky color and fruity scent. At the palate it is dry and clean with a  slight aftertaste of almond.
