     Sparkling sweet 55 g/l sugar

     Lambrusco salamino , ancellotta

     Red maceration at controlled temperature, charmat fermentation. With fresh must and selected yeasts. Ruby-red color with violet highlights. At the nose aroma of ripe fruit.  Full-bodied, sweet. Accompanies some desserts, excellent with fruit tarts.
