Red maceration, deep ruby red color, this cuve’e has a balanced blend with good acidity, vanishing foam, riped fruit at nose.

Fermentation: Long charmat into pressurized tanks at controlled temperature.

Alchool: 11% vol

Type: Dry 15gr/l sugar

Colour: Ruby red with violet hints

Scent: Fruity and intense

Harvest: September - October

Temperature: 8-10° C
